Licentiate degree in Law from Mackenzie University, Post-Graduate course in Civil Law at the same University, Specialized degree at Università La Sapienza, Rome (Administrative and Public Law); Executive LL.M - Master of Laws at CEU Law School, Extension course in Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration at Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo.

Attorney admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association in 1989 and to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2020, working in the areas of Contracts, Protection of Personal Data, Real Estate, Planning Succession, Nationality and Immigration, Visa programs and residence permits in Portugal, including the Golden Visa and the assistance in obtaining European Investment Funds and Real Estate Investments.

Work Experience: Civil and corporate areas at law firms and companies, such as Dow Chemical Group: regulatory and industry activities regarding environment, health and safety (EH&S) and other legal issues, including those of the pharmaceutical sector of the Group; and Nextel Telecommunications: agreements, such as transfer of technology, purchase, sale and leasing of real estate property; legal assistance in commercial, labor and consumer affairs.

Membership: Center of Studies of Corporate Governance at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Chambers of Commerce Brasil-Portugal and Brasil-Canadá.
